Experienced PHP developer required to implement a membership, e-commerce shopping, car repair and parts, multivendor and multi-site WordPress application with integrations to block-chain crypto wallets payments systems.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with experience and skills in PHP web-based and database development in WordPress. With familiarity with blockchain technology, to join our e-commerce department.

The developer should be able to translate high level business application specifications into functional requirements, objected oriented and database design. Implement PHP classes and functional code with front end graphical user interface for both web and mobile applications.

Developer will be responsible for creating REST API in WordPress and will work closely with JavaScript full stack Developers that would utilizing accessing these API’s from NodeJS and ReactJS and React Native using AJAX and JQuery.

Full Job Description

Candidate will support the day-to-day development needs of our applications.
To include Implementation of member, multi-vendor and vehicle registrations, capture member preferences, car warranty claims processing, appointment scheduling, Woo Commerce vendor setup, customer shopping in MySQL database and other application functions
implement a WordPress PHP application that allows the members and other participants to connect to our blockchain system and track events occurring in the blockchain and MySQL database
Develop user-friendly Graphical User interfaces using WordPress post, pages or forms
Develop code that connects to third party digital wallets, third-party payment systems
Develop PHP CRUD REST API with MySQL & PHP
Develop code to integrate with third party REST APIs, parse JSON results into business domain objects for further processing and persistence into MySQL database
Web Content Responsibilities

Build WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & de facto standard plugins
Be responsible for adding new pages or updating existing pages via WordPress software and managing asset library, naming conventions, product categories, and landing pages across the entire site.
Manage merchant pages by adding new product content, images, and description
Using web scaping tools to generate excel files of products, images, description and import products into WordPress.
Perform image manipulation tasks such as creating thumbnails, image resize, file format conversion and simple image edits.
Verify and test compatibility within all browsers and across mobile devices.
Test new site initiatives, features & functionality
Perform regular reviews of web content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you are expected to have:

Very good knowledge of WordPress.
Experience working with PHP and SQL with MySQL database in WordPress.
Web based and database development experience using WordPress classes and related functions.
Familiarity with SQL and PHP my admin.
Very good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Cascaded Style Sheets.
Good knowledge of PHP and Object-oriented principles.
Familiarity with WordPress REST API, handling and parsing JSON results
Experience creating REST API in PHP with MySQL
Experience performing CRUD operations on MySQL Table Records using PHP REST API Endpoint
Experience developing PHP applications in WordPress using MVC frameworks similar to Type rocket, Timber, Twig and Laravel
Familiarity with WordPress functions, hooks, classes and methods.
Ability to code WordPress themes and WordPress plugins from scratch, plugin security and adding short code using API.
Good understanding WordPress security vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them.
Utilize PHP SDKs to implement code to integrate blockchain solutions, build smart contracts and chain-code on blockchain platforms such as Hyper Ledger fabric and Stellar is a plus.
Familiarity with key plugins like Advanced Custom Fields, Woo-commerce, Buddy press, Multivendor plugins such as WCFM, category, product, product filter, delivery, shipping, and payments WordPress plugins.
Knowledge of setting up and configuring various plugins to improve efficiency of website.
Experienced with WordPress administration and content development.
Responsible for all web content
Familiarity with graphics and video editing software.
