Job Description

We need a reliable human resource manager to take over our hiring process.

Responsibilities include:

Managing the recruitment and selection process
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Training, counseling, and coaching members of staff.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Coordinating and managing performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness and implementation
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Building a positive corporate culture and environment that drives employees to perform at the highest level
Managing of employee data and information and ensuring they are up to date
Coordinating payroll, compensation and benefits administration
Leading a team of admin/ HR officers.
